Privacy Policy for Sale & Repair ServiceDesk (Mobile)

Effective: October 12, 2026.

Sale & Repair ServiceDesk ("the app", package com.sawyuntech.servicedesk_mobile) is an Android companion for shop owners and staff. It works together with the ServiceDesk program that you install on your own Windows computer. There is no Saw Yun LLC account and no sign-up with us. The app does not operate any server of ours and does not send your shop data to us.

Information We Collect

We (Saw Yun LLC) do not collect, receive, or have access to your data. Specifically:

• Your shop data stays on your computer. Sales, repairs, customers, stock, staff and reports are shown from, and saved to, your own computer. The phone connects only to that computer, over your local network, using an encrypted connection.
• Stored on the phone. The address of your computer, a secure pairing key (kept in the Android secure store), and app settings such as language and theme. Android cloud backup is turned off for this app.
• No tracking. The app has no ads, no analytics and no advertising identifiers.

Permissions the App Requests

• Camera. To scan the pairing QR code and to take photos that you attach to a repair or used-phone record. Photos are sent to your own computer.
• Photos (optional). If you choose a picture from the gallery, you pick it with the Android system picker; the app does not browse your gallery.
• Network. To talk to your computer.

How We Use Information

We do not use your information, because we never receive it. The app uses the data above only to show and update your records on your own computer.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information, and the app includes no third-party SDKs for ads or analytics. Data goes only to the computer you paired.

Data Retention

Pairing data stays on the phone until you remove the phone or uninstall the app. Your shop records are kept on your computer under your control.

Security

The connection to your computer is encrypted and checked against your computer's certificate fingerprint at pairing. The app refuses plain unencrypted connections and checks that it is the genuine, unmodified app.

Children's Privacy

The app is a business tool and is not directed to children.

Your Choices

You can remove a paired phone in the computer program (Settings > Mobile Access) at any time. You decide which photos to attach.

Deleting Your Data

The app has no account with us, so there is no account to delete. To delete everything the app stores on the phone:

1. Open Android Settings > Apps > ServiceDesk > Storage and tap Clear data, or
2. Uninstall the app.

Data deleted: the saved computer address, the pairing key and app settings. Data kept by us: none. Your shop records are on your own computer and are deleted from the ServiceDesk program there.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
